Yorka

Yorka was a favorite for fans of Seattle’s Major League Cricket team (MLC), appearing at games, community events, and in team marketing materials. Sometimes appearing alongside "Miss Yorka," Yorka engaged with crowds during matches with a new guitar cam and friendly running races with fellow MLC mascots. In addition to being a cheerleader for the Orcas, Yorka is part of the team's efforts to build a strong, family-friendly, and inclusive brand in American cricket.

Outside of MLC games, Yorka kicked off the annual Brat Trot 5k for Highline Public Schools in Oct 2025 ; Helped launch the Northshore School District tournament in Spring 2025 to expand visibility for cricket in the region; and supported the First Annual Fan Fest to kick off new jersey launch and Season 3 at Marymoor Park in June 2025 at the King County Big Backyard 5K.
