Jacob and Justin Rivera

As founders of Level the Field Sports, these two brothers turned a heartbreaking reality - watching teammates sidelined because of registration costs - into a movement for access and equity. Since launching their nonprofit at just eight and nine years old, they’ve raised over $250,000 and impacted nearly 1,000 underserved youth across Washington, ensuring more kids have the chance to play, belong, and thrive.

From schoolwide gear drives and community activation events to their “Stop Asian Hate On and Off the Field” campaign, Justin and Jacob lead with empathy, resilience, and purpose. Whether it’s cleats, fishing gear, financial literacy, or simply a safe place to try a new sport, they’re leveling the playing field for the next generation.
